About

A local trade, run out of Olds.

You deal with the person doing the work, not a dispatcher.

Run by James JuutiOlds, Alberta

The business

The whole trade, not one corner of it.

Juuti Plumbing & Heating Ltd. is a plumbing, heating and gasfitting business run by James Juuti out of Olds, Alberta, working across Olds, Sundre and Mountain View County.

The work covers renovation and repair work in existing homes, complete plumbing and heating packages on new builds, boilers and hydronic heating, water treatment for hard and well water, and gas lines for appliances, heaters and shops.

That breadth matters more here than it would in a city. A no-heat call on an acreage outside Sundre can turn into a pump, a control, a gas supply question and a water treatment problem in the same visit, and sending four different contractors up the same driveway helps nobody.

Jobs are quoted where the scope is clear and billed hourly where it is not, and you are told which before the work starts.

How the work usually goes

Three steps, no surprises.

01
Describe the job
Call or email with what is happening and the address. Photos help more than you would think.
02
Price and timing
A quote where the scope is clear, an hourly rate and an honest estimate where it is not.
03
The work
Done once, tested, and left tidy — with an explanation of what was actually wrong.
